Give your worries to the Lord - Daily Grain

🌾 When we worry, we are out of the Will of God because we lose the peace God admonishes us to seek and pursue.  Since we must pursue peace continually, then it must be fleeting.  The pursuit of peace is a discipline we must learn by continually putting our concerns into God’s hands, and having faith that He will prevail in all matters of justice.  Our Creator is the God of justice. He has said He will fight our battles for us if we are living His Way of life by serving others. If God is for us when we put others first, then who can prevail against us?

Worry impairs our health, our well-being and our daily outlook on life.  Worry zaps the pleasure out of life and makes living a burden. Worry is a tool Satan uses to destroy our peace, which eventually will destroy our faith in God. Worry accomplishes nothing, but faith accomplishes everything. When we have worries, Jesus Christ wants us to come to Him with them. We have no need to be troubled. We are to cast all of our anxieties, troubles, cares and worries on Jesus Christ and let Him solve our problems.

Jesus Christ truly cares for you. Do you believe that? He wants you to continually make peace, keep the peace, and to never lose your peace. As you live to please God every day by serving others, your worries disappear, and you can truly lead the blessed life!

Casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.

…but with us is the Lord our God to help us and to fight our battles…

If God is for us, who is against us?

Romans 8:31

Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and turn away from evil.  8 It will be healing to your body and refreshment to your bones.

Proverbs 3:7-8

And He *said to them, “Because of the littleness of your faith; for truly I say to you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you.

Matthew 17:20
